“Anyone’s life is worth putting down on paper, according to Beth
Sanders, author of the LifeBio Memory Journal. The book, along with its companion
interactive web site lifebio.com, simplifies the process of writing a biography
or autobiography so that anyone can create and share a personal or family history.
The web site offers a template consisting of four categories: the people who shaped you, memories of growing up, the real world , and bringing it all together. Each category includes a series of questions to help you format your history. The process can take anywhere from a few hours to 40 hours, depending on how detailed you want to be. Once you’re finished, you can give others a password that allows them to log into the site and read what you’ve written, or you can have your story designed and bound into a hardback book.”
